My Smart City is supported by Forcelink, a powerful and experienced Mobile Field Services ERP developed by Acumen Software and the chosen work management solution for enterprises such as Vodacom, Fidelity, Sappi, Servest and council utilities across South Africa and the United Kingdom.

My Smart City’s development was a natural progression from Forcelink’s enhancement of customer centricity for utilities. We realised that there was a need to create a citizen platform that would provide citizens with a transparent, easily accessible and direct link to their cities - creating a space where citizens could engage with their cities and service providers, without frustrations.

Together Forcelink, My Smart City and SPOTTER form a suite of powerful tools digitising city operations and uniting citizens.
