App puts service delivery in your hands

There's a new mobile application in South Africa that is hoping to "uber-ise" service delivery. The My Smart City platform was developed by Acumen Software. It allows residents to report potholes, monitor power or water outages and communicate with local municipal officials, among other services. eNCA's Gareth Edwards speaks to Acumen Software CEO Joao Zoio for more.
